All India Radio (AIR) will provide free live commentary for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025, ensuring every cricket fan stays updated. With its extensive reach across India, AIR remains the best option for listeners without internet access.
AIR’s Role in Cricket Broadcasting

Unmatched Nationwide Coverage
AIR’s FM and AM networks reach 99% of India’s population, covering over 600 million listeners. Unlike digital platforms that need stable internet, AIR delivers match updates without interruptions.

Radio commentary creates a collective listening experience, bringing people together, whether at home, work, or on the road.
AIR’s Partnership with ICC
Global Streaming Integration
AIR’s collaboration with the ICC allows cricket fans worldwide to access its live commentary. Even without a radio, users can listen online via icc-cricket.com.
Enhanced Listening Experience
While digital platforms provide video streaming, AIR offers detailed audio analysis, making it the perfect companion for live match updates.
